Check-in time is 2pm (earlier check-in time is possible on prior agreement with the Managers only).
Check-out time is 10am.
Credit card details are required at time of booking.
No pets allowed at all please.
All of our units are strictly non-smoking inside, this includes traditional tobacco products and also vapes and e-cigarettes. Smoking is allowed outside.
We understand that plans can change. Please let us know as soon as possible so we make your unit available to someone else. We require at least 48 hours notice of cancellation and we may charge you the cost of one night's accommodation if your unit can't be let to someone else.
Not showing up or failing to contact us will incur a full charge of the accommodatiion booked.
Cancellation periods may vary for group bookings, minimum stay bookings and peak period bookings. This can increase to 96 hours and can be non-refundable. If in doubt please call us.
